Location was good, quiet room, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast. Nice staff.

I think the location is perfect in Delft. It is a 15 minute walk from the train station. You can take a cab I suppose, but I don't think you can get very close to the hotel as it is all walking or cycling in the historic area. Lots of restaurants in the square in front of the hotel. Staff are very helpful .
I wish they had an elevator. If lifting your luggage up flights of steep stairs is a problem ask for a room on the same level as the front desk.

Highly conveniently located in the heart of the city center. Rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. foreseen of all amenities. Not opted for breakfast.
The female receptionist or owner had quite a rude attitude. As I live in the city and booked this hotel for an international business friend with both of us organizing international conferences - this year even locally too - definitely will not recommend my international delegates to opt for this hotel.
