Location and staff were great! The room was acceptable.
No A/C, no tissues or washcloths provided.
Breakfast was okay, but the same every day.

The room was in an annex about a 3 minute walk from the hotel check-in. We were a little concerned about this but the room was well designed and prepped for an enjoyable quiet stay.
Check in is 4 PM which surprised us as most hotels now offer 3 PM check in. The receptionist was able to get us checked in by 3:30 PM for which we were thankful. Their older computer system was having challenges which led to a pile up of guests wanting to check in. New computer system recommended.

Hotel is in a great location, near to the city centre and only 2-3 minutes walk from the central station. And staff were very friendly and helpful.
Still warm, humid night and no AC, only an electric fan in one of our rooms. Our double room and bathroom was also very small.

The staff were helpful. Canal view was nice as well as the complimentary appetizer. It was very clean and I appreciated the closeness to city center.
It is noisy due to nearness of college kids partying. The electric system was wonky and had to unplug some lamps to turn off and move Nespresso machine to the bedside table for a workable plug.
