The hotel is located very close to a main train / metro station and convenience store which is very useful. The room was spacious and clean. Each floor had a drinking water dispenser to use for refilling a provided jug. I was unable to hear any traffic noise (note I did have a windowless room). Checking in and out was very easy using the touch screen system in the lobby. Just as I was leaving Halloween decorations were starting to appear which I thought was a nice touch and a bit of fun.
For light sleepers like myself it's advisable to use ear plugs. As the room door is of a lightweight material it doesn't offer any noise suppression so you can clearly hear other guests in the corridor. The air conditioning may also keep you awake should you need to keep it running all night.

Very close to Kaohsiung Metro Station, making it convenient to get around by train. Self-check-in and check-out are simple and hassle-free. The multifunctional room is super handy for a traveller like me who needs to do laundry while travelling.
The room I was given was on a lower level, so it was a bit dark. The bathroom fixtures are getting old and could do with an update for aesthetic reasons, but everything was functioning well. There was also a strong cleaning smell lingering in the hallway most of the time. Walls are thin so you could hear what came from nextdoors

Location and room size and comfort were both great!
WiFi did not work for first day of stay; not a fan of the self checkin… not that easy and extremely frustrating that you have to do multiple transactions based on system limit.
