The location is my favourite. It is near the train and metro station which is essential for my travel with confidence. And lots to eat around the hotel. I got the chance to experience life of a local resident.
All is fantastic. Except on my floor I have inconsiderate guests. They like to slam their room doors which was loud and sudden. Not sure if it is a one-off case, or need to check the doors for issues.
It was annoying when it happened after midnight. I could not have peaceful sleep as a result.
I recommend hotel to check all the doors to ensure doors can shut softly. Just to make sure. But if it is bad attitude and behaviour of guests, I understand there is not much property can help.

Room was big, comfortable and clean. Staff was very nice and amenities were great! Used luggage storage and laundry room both fantastic. I very much enjoyed my stay.

Great location as only 3min walk to train and bus station, many amenities and F&B shops around the area. Comfortable and clean room, self check in & out was very easy and simple including the use of hotel facilities, thus didn't bother or see any staff around.
The design of bathtub may not be suitable for shower as water seeping/flowing to the floor; only one washing machine and one dryer available in the hotel

Location and room size and comfort were both great!
WiFi did not work for first day of stay; not a fan of the self checkin… not that easy and extremely frustrating that you have to do multiple transactions based on system limit.
