Beautiful hotel and lobby, pleasant smell at the entrance. The staff were kind and helpful. All very profesional. The room was clean spotless and the bed very comfortable.

The room was very clean and well put together. As soon as you enter the lobby you are greeted with a lovely scent and smile from the staff.
Well, not really the property, but the breakfast. There weren’t options i could pick from so i just had a latte.

Close to the Kaohsiung station. And price for 2 nights is very worthy for staying in Kaohsiung
Smell musty in the lobby. Don't know if it about the name Tuna Family 😂

Hotel reception were friendly and the air conditioning worked.
Cleanliness and attention to detail are definitely an issue here. Our fridge still had half-consumed drinks within it, and there were hairs in the bathroom. There were stains on the wall around the TV. The light in the middle of the room and around the desk area did not work properly, with one of the lights not switching off at all. Guests in the hallway are noisy, and this is the only place we experienced this type of lack of respect by other guests.
