Incredible view and location, free parking on site (albeit don’t even try if you have a bigger car), nice hosts prepared some drinks in the fridge and instant coffee. The dried ham at the little terrace restaurant (bar panorama) is a must try, and the coffee from Grajžarjeva galerija is excellent. The morning view was breathtaking, the stars are super clearly visible as well.
There is barely anything to eat around for a reasonable price (the ham plate is great but not too much). Kudos to Zoro Bar for feeding us some sandwiches! (One of the three places in the entire village where you can eat, only one if hungry after sunset). The taps were a little loose, the toilet seat didn’t exactly fit the toilet but these can be fixed easily and should not deter anyone from booking.

Large room, comfortable bed,
Our only choice for a meal was a 4 course Michelin Resturant ( high price and very small portions, wine was the same- a very large glass and a small pour ). Wish we knew about the lack of food options in the village

The studio itself is beautiful and gorgeously decorated - a lot of care has gone into this place. The kitchen is well-stocked, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was clean and roomy. It was easy to retrieve the keys from the description sent by the owners. The air-conditioning and Wifi worked very well. I drove a Fiat Panda and had enough room to navigate the narrow city gate and streets, but if you have a wide car you might want to reconsider parking/driving here (and park down below instead). The location is fantastic, situated in the upper part of the old city, which is easily explored by foot as it's not very big. Everything is within short walking distance. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I returned to. Stanjel.
