Located at beach, close to restaurants

Woke at 3 am. Listened to someone on phone for an hour. Probably not property's fault

Disappointing stay on all counts only good tho g was beautiful view and beach.

ants when entered room continued having throughout stay had to buy raid main office closed no one answered phone no microwave Kleenex. hairdryer refrigerator issues beds uncomfortable stairs dangerous should have specific areas for dogs to bd walked small parking area very disappointing trip

location great, but building a bit tired and some facilities not as advertised

Location was great and hadn’t expected coffee for breakfast Cosy apartment - nicely decorated A few issues quickly resolved

Advertised as a kitchenette which consisted of fridge, micro wave, 4 mugs and glasses toaster and coffee machine - no plates, cutlery, no hob or washing up facility and only plugs for toaster were on bedroom floor. We were provided with plates and bowls an asking Main bedroom and no door - open plan with lounge. 2nd bedroom did have door bit only bathroom was via the main bedroom area

Wonderful

It was pet friendly but you couldn't tell any dog had been there. Wonderful job keeping everyone to pick up after dogs.

That I can't get a room for same weekend next year.

Good

Staff are super helpful. The other people who were also staying there, who come back year after year, we’re very friendly and made the stay great!

The rooms in the main house are small and very tired. They could use a refresh.

Prime location on the beach.

Prime location and great private beach. Free coffee and breakfast food set up in the morning. Nice updated bathroom.

Some stains on a couple cushions but overall clean. The back side common area was packed full of chairs and a couple old grills that need to go. A nice fire table set-up but most of it was in the way. Pay extra for the beach side facing rooms.

Great room, direct beach access.

The room was adorable and spotlessly clean. Direct beach access was amazing. The Dennisport area was quiet and safe.

Very nice,convient

Great location. Right on beach. Room was quite large. Very nice porch off room with beautiful views Lounge chairs were always available on the beach. Many close but resturants to chose from

Room a bit dated. No silverware or plates in room. Only a couple of glasses and 2 mugs for coffee.

wonderful, relaxing time!

Our goal was for a low-key relaxing vacation by the ocean - the Seas Shell was just what we needed! Would definitely return!

limited parking - with a truck it was sometimes difficult to get into the spaces

Loved that it was on the beach. Other travelers were very friendly. Very quiet. It was pet friendly.

Beautiful and convenient for beach lovers. Too small for suitcases they were on floor whole time.

Your staff is very friendly especially Neo. She was very attentive and helpful. Bea your manager is sweet as well The convenience to be beach and lounge chairs for relaxation.

Plumbing needs attention. Slow drain in tub made me take a shower in standing water. Small sink drained our slowly. I felt crowded in such a small room. Steps were very narrow to get to room. My husband and I are in our 70’s. Had to be very careful we did not fall. Glad we did not stay there all day.

the motel’s location is unbeatable, but the motel is in desperate need of some updates.

the location was perfect the continental breakfast was a nice touch

not enough parking. we didn’t have a space for 1 of the nights we were there! weird gathering space with a tent and grills in the parking area. bathroom pocket doors didn’t close easily furniture/decor is extremely dated there was no iron (we were attending a wedding and could’ve desperately needed one)

room 22 was amazing! waking up to hear those waves was phenomenal

no smoking couldn’t find the continental breakfast the room color was off and the decor did not match

Not worth the price

Very nicely situated, directly at the ocean, with a perfect view.

Be aware that you pay only for the view and the location. The motel itself would never be worth the price: - The "breakfast" offered in June consisted of filter coffee, hot water and teabags, and oversweetened half muffins and industrial cake, both wrapped in plastic. While there is a toaster and a coffee machine in the room, there is neither toast nor coffee provided, nor are plates, knifes or spoons, so you cannot ever make your own breakfast. - Our room was not made during the day - we came back from a long tour on Cape Cod and not even the beds were made. - We cannot comment on the friendliness of the staff - in the two days we stayed there we could not exchange a single word with them, as they were not there for the most of the time, and when someone was there, they did not seem interested in any conversation. - The beds were rather hard and the mattresses not of good quality. After two days in the Seashell motel, we were very happy to change to another motel, just 10 minutes away on the same shore, for 2/3 of the price and much better quality.

Love being right on beach, outside sitting areas, on patio, n beach, grill n eating area were nice as well

If you want beachfront, no frills but meets all your needs type of lodging, this is the place to stay. My husband and I

Location, location, location! Loved waking up to literally the beachfront views. The motel host was also very friendly and accommodating and easy to reach for any questions or needs. Plus it’s pet friendly!

The beds could be a tad bit more comfortable. But not a deal breaker.

Generally a positive experience and we loved being able to have our dogs with us on vacation.

They did not have the continental breakfast as advertised. They said they start those in May or June. The motel was extremely pet friendly. The rooms were clean and the climate control was very good.

The beds were not the most comfortable. The wifi password did not work but I'm sure it would have been rectified had I called the desk.
