Die Lage ist hervorragend.
Manche Möbel waren defekt oder kaputt. Sowie in den ersten Tagen ein Geruch von Grass (zum Rauchen) wurde aber vom Vermieter später unterbunden

The location and size of the apartment was good. Decent air conditioning and lots of wardrobe space.
the overall condition of the apartment was run down. broken things (drawers, toilet roll holder and lights) peeling paint, stained towels, dirty pans, watered down handwash, shampoo and conditioner. A broken toilet that flushed itself every 10 minutes. Cheap appliances, a kettle that didn't turn itself off once boiled just carried on boiling until it ran dry. Human hairs in the freezer next to the bags of ice, chips in nearly every mug. Signs up in the complex stating short term holiday rents were against the tenancy agreement made us feel very unwelcome and awkward when walking around or using the lift. We paid extra for parking and one day were told we were unable to park there because of maintenance. This took a long time to be refunded and we were told it was fine to park on the road anyway. wish we'd have known this in the first place as it would have saved us $80!! The internet was also terrible and dipped in and out, it was none existent in the bedrooms. On the whole it was very disappointing for the money spent.
