For the price we paid it was very good! Gym and swimming pool are not amazing but again to even have access to them for such a cheap accommodation is brilliant anyway.

The studio apartment is within the hotel iceberg building, The host was very responsive to my messages. The apartment can accommodate max 3 adults or a family of 4 (two children) otherwise it will be very crowded with two additional beds in the studio. The positive aspects are: apartments was clean, very well equipped, has a nice and big shower, and it is very warm. The negative aspects are you have to pay additionally 15 Bulgarial Levs per person to use the sauna/swimming pool. The location is not 400 meters as the host sates, you will need around 8-10 minutes by foot to reach the yastrebets gondola, and there is no wifi, you have to go to the reception or sit in the lobby. All in all if you are staying for 2-3 days it is perfect for a longer period stay i would recommend finding a hotel closer to the ski slopes.
