After arrival I called property management to request a refund and vacate the premises and was denied

Nothing

Out dated decode, stained furniture, aplliances insufficient, green mold on exterior deck, walkways and staircases.

5 / 10

Convenient and easy in/ out but needs replacement of carpet and sofa and refreshing.

Very good location. Shaded parking. Good shower pressure

Carpets are so stained and dirty that they need replacement. Shower door track was black. Throw rugs dirty. Sofa had chunks missing from arm and cushions. A bit cluttered.
