I liked everything

Beautiful view from our room. Lovely pool. Great food. The Manager dealt with a problem we had very well and professionally. Sports events staff were great. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Loved everything! The hotel transfer to and from airport could have been made simpler and smoother. If I return I’d organise own transfers personally. Journey to hotel was excellent. Returning to airport more complex.

The location of the property was excellent. Parking available and close to the ferry port. Rooms were clean. Large terrace.

I booked a sea view room. It had a private terrace but because the shrubbery was about hip height I couldn’t see the see when on the sunbeds and could only see it standing up from the terrace. Food was average but not amazing. Another thing is for management is to consider is the beds by the pool. Other guests were ‘reserving’ them by placing towels on them and leaving for a few hours. This renders them not usable for other guests. Considering the high price of this hotel when I stayed, I would have liked access to all the facilities. If towels are left on the sun-beds they should be removed after 1 hour by pool attendants if they are not being used so everyone can actually use them and signs up saying that this will be the case. Other guests were walking in and out of the kids club with their kids. If I had left my child there unattended with the staff I would have liked assurance of safeguarding procedures to be adhered to with a locked door and sign in and out policy.
