We had one of the villa’s and they were nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the pool area thankfully. The pool area during the day was nice and the beach appeared to be a public beach. Breakfast buffet choices were very good.

The eating area felt like a school canteen (we chose to just eat out after seeing that and the choice of food). It was very expensive for what it was. After dinner we walked back for the entertainment and the area was pretty empty. They had a singer one of the nights we stayed. We weren’t that bothered but if you are going expecting great entertainment every night, that’s not what’s on offer.

Location

No one shows you to your room or helps with bags. No one answers the phone at reception. The bands don’t always work to charge things to your room. The bathroom repeatedly flooded. The shower head fell on my face. The towel rail was hanging off the wall. They charge you to change your pool and beach towels for clean ones. No toiletries or dressing gowns provided. The air con and fans are very noisy. The fridge is right by the bed we had to turn it off at night as that was so noisy! For £1000 a night was pretty average! Not worth that much. Also we thought we had booked a villa with a pool because all the imaging showed a pool. But there wasn’t one with our villa. We now have to take this us with ABTA against booking for misleading imaging.
