Location was great, an easy walk to the old town centre. The kitchen was suberb, modern and well equipped, and they left us an excellent goody package with plenty of snacks, real coffee, tea - this was outstanding. Living room was also really comfortable, large, big TV. We didn't use the outdoor space but it was attractive and well laid out. Overall the house was a lovely combination of old stone and modern comforts.
The scented laundry powder never suits me, so I used the bedroom with the single beds which did not have that scent. The singles were very small and the room needed airing out. Plugs were difficult to reach and mattress was not very comfortable. This room was however very quiet.

The outdoor space was lovely. Great location for the town and castle. Very cute cosy cottage with everything we needed. Crisps and cookies as a welcome gift!
On the last morning, unfortunately, a fuse blew when we tried to use the oven, but the owner was very responsive, and we had it sorted in no time.

The property was lovely, including a nice outdoor area although we didn’t use that on this occasion.
Contacted Jo with some queries and she was friendly and helpful and this helped strengthen our experience.

Loved the position, the decor, the cleanliness, the rear patio area, the coziness, and how well appointed it was
Bathroom could have been better lit. Needed some better illumination around the mirror for shaving
