I stayed at this property for three days with my family, and it was by far the best place we stayed during our 15-day holiday. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious, and exceptionally clean. Everything was well organised and thoughtfully prepared by the host.
The host was also very responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We were all very happy with our experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Our host Monica is amazing. Very attentive and helpful. Room was very spacious and clean with AC. The place is close to Metro line which makes getting to main area of Rome very easy but it is a way out and not walkable without public transit.
Swimming pool area is not as pictured and you must pay to use it and use a swimming cap.

Property was spotless. Had essentials (washing up liquid, toilet/kitchen roll. Pool adjacent to property was much needed after a hot day sightseeing but could do with a revamp - however this was separate to the property which had everything we needed for a 5 night stay.

The 3 bed apartment is a spacious, comfortable apartment with everything you need for a great self catering stay. The proximity to the metro is a real bonus. The terrace is fabulous and it has all the appliances you could need. The outdoor pool is a huge bonus and the reason we booked but it’s not made completely clear that the pool is run by a third party and costs 10-15 euros per person per day to use. Monica the host is also very friendly and helpful.
The apartment is a little dated and tired in places to be considered ‘luxury’. The apartment block is also dated and the pool area could do with a clean and an upgrade as it’s such a selling point. Admission prices for the pool need to be clearer on the property listing also. The 3rd bedroom is very small but the availability of other sofa beds meant this wasn’t a problem.
