Fabulous space just what we required. Only 100 yards to mcdonalds which was handy for a quick breakfast. Ice-cream parlour across the road which was great for after a day of sightseeing
Minor inconvenience the kettle in our room leaked and found some guests forgot to close the lift doors so was unable to call the lift on a few occasions

This property is genuinely incredible. It’s huge, it has two terraces, fully functioning aircon, all of the amenities you need including hairdryers, washing up things, body wash, shampoo and cups etc. The location is a short walk from nearly all local sight seeing spots and has many restaurants and shops surrounding it.
The staff were so friendly, helpful and even helped us with free luggage storage on our last day. They use WhatsApp to communicate and respond fast. We’re so happy we chose this apartment and would definitely use it again.

Great location. Most of the main sights are within 10-15 minute walking distance, as is the central train station.
The apartment is very spacious and has lovely outdoor area.
There are a lot of stairs. You need to walk up a flight before you get to the lift and the lift doesn't take you the whole way up, you still need to walk another flight at the top.
Having travelled through 5 cities in 10 days, I must say the customer service for this accommodation was poor. They didn't respond in a timely manner to messages, they didn't make up the second bedroom as they assumed we'd only be using one (we weren't, it was a mother/daughter trip), there was also no toilet paper in the second bathroom and no spare rolls in the apartment. The back and forth about the issues was unnecessary, they tried to say it was my fault for not telling them in the booking notes that we'd be using both bedrooms. If I only needed one, I would have booked a one bedroom apartment.
