We asked for a refund wasnt acceptable we didn’t stay there , didnt feel safe and weren’t told about share drive wsy and

The only thing we liked was the kitchen

The yard, the smell, things broken , it’s was freezing etc.. air con didnt work properly, not acceptable bedding , power point hanging out of wall.. a white sheet as a curtain , front windows weren’t secure .. plse see pics our pics ..

Was suitable for what we needed

Location and price

Air con didn’t work, house was constantly freezing. Poor finishes meaning water constantly leaked from the shower while we were showering which we had to clean. Dishwasher didn’t work. No dryer to dry clothes

Didn’t have bedsheets, some bad smell in front bedroom, couldn’t figure out how to switch on the AC in living area, there were no tea or coffee as usual in other places

Quiet, great facility, great staff and was all just easy going

I wouldn’t say it was bad but wish you could park in the driveway and close the gate for your car to be a little more save but completely understandable and car was still safe over the two nights

It was comfortable and clean

The blinds were broken in the front room - less privacy. The bunk beds mattresses was not solid enough, guest could feel slats in back (slept on lounge instead).
