I liked the overall service which I received,the staff was very friendly and welcoming and very friendly.
The breakfast was a 10/10
The room was exactly as in the pictures and was clean.
The noise level of the staff was disturbing I was not happy about that especially as I'm a light sleeper I found it very inconsiderate.
The reception alarm kept us awake the whole time it rang every 30mins honestly that is something totally unacceptable,why should we customers have to be awaken by the alarm we had not set 😡😡 as we expected peace and quite during our stay.
The shower was not clean and kept blocking each time I shower 😡😡 when I reported to the receptionist she said they were not aware of it which is a lie as before I booked my stay I went thru the reviews and this issue has been highlighted a couple of times, I felt offended by the dishonesty so kindly look into getting a solution to that shower issue and also the cleanliness of the bathroom.
I'm also not happy with the poor WiFi connectivity.
