We loved our stay at Casona de tao. From the moment we walked in, we were in total awe at the views all around.. it was breathtaking from every angle!! Our room wasn’t quite ready when we first arrived but we were given a lovely bottle of wine while we waited- really nice touch! Staff were all really friendly and we felt truly welcomed. We also enjoyed the wonderful breakfast which was plentiful! Our room was really clean and spacious, bed super comfy and the views are just out of this world- from every window we had a stunning backdrop of the island - beautiful! We were quite content laying in bed admiring it! There’s also a nice pool if you just fancied a lazy day in.. plenty of comfortable seating/loungers around it. If you have a rental car, there’s plenty of parking too. We’ve already booked another stay here because we loved it so much- thank you!

The location is excellent, right in the middle of the island, making it easy to explore Lanzarote by car, including Famara Beach. The views from the windows are beautiful, and everything was clean and cozy. We especially loved the heated pool, which was perfect for relaxing after surfing. The water was warm enough even in late October. Having our own kitchen was also a big plus. The breakfast area is lovely and cozy, with stunning views.
The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel comfortable and well taken care of.
There is no air conditioning, and you need to hang a sign on the door if you want your room cleaned. Breakfast was quite repetitive but very nice, no buffet.

Beautiful views and friendly staff on premise.
Needs better maintenance, shared kitchen is not a good idea, especially at this price. Room was moldy, had a leak in the bathroom, felt and smelled damp all the time. Location is quite windy.
