it was in such a great location and was a great price with great amenities.
We got told checkout was 10:00 am, however at 9:15 am a worker showed up to start cleaning which made us feel rushed.

The location of the home was fantastic. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and Indian Shores is a great beach. The price was certainly good, but we felt that we got what we paid for. Pool access was fantastic!
The house needs a lot of work. It seems that it has not been updated since being built, besides from being painted. It is definitely dated. There were several lose outlets and there was no washer and dryer, as the pictures indicated.
