The location was very convenient to access IOI mall and the property was ideal for 3 adults. It was clean and had all the necessary equipments.

Clean and cozy. Good location for LRT, shopping malls, eating places nearby and a convenient store right below the apartment.
Slight improvement needed on the door lock at main door and master bedroom door latch.

Spacious and comfortable house in a great location.
There was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet. The door did not feel very secure, and the lift was not in very good condition. The air conditioning was also not cooling well. Since the unit is located on the top floor, it gets quite hot, especially during the daytime. The parking situation was inconvenient as someone parked in our designated spot, and we had to report it to the security guard ourselves.
