The digital door locks were great once we worked out how to use them. Location of the flat was excellent for exploring Whitby.
The instructions to use the digital door Locks were lacking! We were not told to press a final button for both locks. We were stood by the front door for ages! The property wasn’t very clean, found it to be dusty, had to wipe drips and cup marks off the sofa and also found a filthy cotton wool pad on the floor in the bedroom (see photo). I have booked with Host and Stay 3 times now, and find them to be unfriendly with their messages, not happy with their aggressive marketing for more money for earlier access to the property or the ambiguous demands for insurance cover! I will definitely avoid booking anything with Host and Stay again!

It was very spacious, nice and bright and has everything we needed as a family with 3 children

Good location.
Beds comfortable.
Shower was stiff to use. Turning handle was hard.
Lots of noise from upstairs.
