It was quiet and comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean. Location was convenient too - close to Westbahnhof, metro and tram station is about 5 minutes away…

Comfortable beds, fast and east check in, underground garage (for additional fee, but very convenient), very helpful and friendly staff.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is located near the center, near the city hall and in a quiet neighbourhood. The room was clean and spacious and we felt very good. The air conditioning was functional, the window was very good (there was no noise from the street), the TV had international channels, the beds were comfortable and spacious.
We arrived in the evening and we were very surprised to have to pay for the hotel parking. On the Booking page, there is no mention of the 12 EUR fee for the garage parking. Also, we had to pay a significant amount of money as a pet tax, 15 EUR (the amount was not mentioned on the Booking page, only that ''charges may apply''). When I asked the receptionist about these 2 fees, she told me that this is not the hotel problem but the Booking platform and if I am not confortable with these fees, it is simply my problem, but I still have to pay for the room even if I choose not to use it... There was no attempt to mediate these issues, not even that they would check the info they shared with Booking, the receptionist was dismissive about the whole matter.
