Everything was perfect. Fantastic location just next to funicular, through the tunnel and you are at the Chain Bridge. Staff was very polite. We were on short stay, and everything exceeded our expectations

Nice size room but no storage space at all. Coffee lounge was very well supplied with all sorts of drinks and even cookies sometimes
Very stained bedroom carpet. Hotel said they had arranged a taxi to pick us up from the train station but it never arrived. No tea/coffee facilities in room. Very small reception area.
