We really enjoyed our stay here
We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a living room, and the sofas could be converted into beds, which were very comfortable.
The place was clean, comfortable, and very peaceful, especially since we stayed over the weekend. The beach is also very close, which was a big plus.
The hosts were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming.
Their hospitality and treatment were excellent from the moment we arrived until we left. My mother especially loved the way the host treated her and had nothing but good things to say about her.
The breakfast was also delicious and everything was great.
Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay, and we would definitely stay here again

Lovely owners, very good cleaning (on the days when we had it), but disastrous infrastructure in Ksamil, the property is heavily overpriced.
Ksamil. Not owners’ fault though. But it cost as if it was at luxury resort. It was not. Poorly equipped (empty kitchenette - not even sugar, tea or salt; had to buy it all). No decent coffee. Advertised as beach destination but no beach towels provided - we had to buy them and wash them. Terrible beaches (tried 6 different). Small, overcrowded, every sunbed costs a lot, broken glas and trash in the ”white sand”, plastic garbage flowing in the water, nowhere to walk (mo pedestrian roads, you literally squeeze your kids walking between cars); no shadows, no benches to rest, no playgrounds for kids. Without a car, you can only go to yet another overpriced cafe or shop, we felt prisoners stuck in airconned rooms (nothing to do in the heat between 11 and 17). Aircons were very good, thanks for that, and the owners tried hard, but their politicians should try much harder.
