The hotel was very clean, well organized, and the rooms were simple but nice and comfortable. Having an iron available was also very useful. The air conditioning worked very well, which was especially important during the hot weather. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Ksamil, which made it very convenient to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall the hotel felt comfortable and well maintained.
There was no trash bin in the room. The bathroom sometimes had an unpleasant sewage smell. Also, there is no elevator, and our room was on the top floor, so carrying luggage upstairs was a little inconvenient.

The hotel was really nice and clean; staff was also very friendly and helpful.
The pool was amazing and had an area for the kids, which was great! We enjoyed the breakfast, too.
The only thing that disappointed us a little bit was that we did not get the balcony room we were expecting, instead we got a first floor terrace room, which did not provide much privacy. The staff seemed to be keen to help us out and switch the rooms, however, the hotel was fully booked.

What a wonderful stay we've just had at Summer Point Hotel. Communication from the owner was excellent from start to finish. I was a little nervous as it was my first trip alone with my children and she went above and beyond to ensure we felt safe and comfortable by offering a choice of rooms. It was also my little boy's 5th birthday the day we arrived and she offered to put some decorations in the room, which was such a lovely suprise for him. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from and the swimming pool was a huge highlight. The children loved their morning and evening swims. The hotel's location was perfect for our family. Its was a pleasant short walk to the beach, but far enough away from the loud music from the beach clubs. Thank you for being so lovely and kind to us! We will definitely stay with you again if we return to Albania 😊
