Excellent location and very spacious rooms and bathroom, comfy beds, balcony and top of the above very helpful and friendly host !! I highly recommend staying there.

Our 7 night stay at Emi’s Villa was perfect. The room was exceptional; clean, comfy, spacious with a lovely little outside terrace. Value for money was brilliant, and the location was nearby absolutely everything whilst itself being quiet and peaceful. Emi himself was a fantastic host; very contactable and even showed us a litter of kittens he was feeding :) would come here again if we ever return to Ksamil. Thanks again Emi

The apartment is in a fantastic location, incredibly clean, and tidy. The bedding is beautiful! Private parking is included, and there is a great fish restaurant right next door.
Emi, the owner, is so kind and helpful.

The hotel is really close to the beach.
The room was really really clean.
Emi organised the parking really thoroughly.
Nice breakfast place right to the hotel.

What I didn’t liked about this stay happened before we even stepped a foot in the hotel. When I booked the room I only searched for a nice parking and a place close to the beach and a place where they issue an invoice. I booked it on 01.07.26.
On 22.07 when I was rechecking all my hotels, I saw at this villa that there is a room with a small kitchen and I thought maybe others have it too. I didn’t searched again on all the informations from the booking and I just asked Emi if the room has a kitchen too. If it didn’t it was ok, if it has one, even better. From all the answer he could’ve gave to my question like “ No”, “ Sorry, your room doesn’t have one”, “ No, it doesn’t”, etc. Any other answers were better then to criticise me and mock me for not “ reading before I booked”. I didn’t care about this, I just asked a simple question.
I work with people all the time. Some of my clients I want to punch them in their face sometimes. Do I tell them this or I act like a prick? No! Because I am an a business working with people. If you can’t handle a simple question without being rude, change the field you are in. And from that moment i didn’t liked him. Whenever we met on the premises, i just wanted to get away as quickly as I can. He talks way too much. If I could’ve found another accommodation for the same money close to the beach, I would’ve changed it instantly.
