The hotel complex is enormous and you do your 10 000 steps just by going for a breakfast, lunch, pool, beach and back to your room :) Lovely grounds, huge pools and second week in September hardly any people. Food was lovely, nice selection of fresh fruit, veg and Tony the head chef was absolute super star. Thank you for making the stay even more special.

The room felt tired and old fashioned (but cleaned), the logistics of staying in one hotel and eating elsewhere even thought we were all inclusive made absolutely no sense and even the staff could not explain. (baring in mind our hotel had restaurant bar etc)

Struttura veramente bella, grande e dotata di tutto ciò di cui si necessita per una vacanza rilassante. Cibo buonissimo, fresco e cucinato al momento. Camere spaziose e pulitissime ogni giorno (Marina Beach). Piscine grandi e pulite, quella per i bambini molto comoda. Servizio spiaggia comodissimo, spiaggia veramente a due passi. Mare meraviglioso. Nota di merito però va sicuramente al personale: dai camerieri, agli chef, ai ragazzi del bar, alla reception.. tutti, ma proprio tutti, gentili e instancabili. E in primis, educatissimi..

Unico miglioramento assolutamente da fare, per quanto mi riguarda, sono le zanzariere.
Purtroppo nelle camere Marina Room (edificio separato) non ci sono. Quindi rendono impossibile l'apertura delle porte che vanno sul patio esterno, perché le zanzare ci hanno divorato, soprattutto i bambini. Quindi non si ha scelta. Bisogna tenere porte chiuse e condizionatore acceso perennemente. E per una persona che non ama dormire con l'aria condizionata non è il massimo, ma anche per un normale riciclo dell'aria. In un 4 stelle direi che è un miglioramento da fare assolutamente.

Es un hotel remodelado, esta bien para un par de dias. Es hotel all inclusive asi q es un poco masivo. Las habitaciones tienen deco un poco antiguas el baño bien pero necesita modernizarse. La comida muy rica tiene variedad. El personal muy atento.
