Private room to yourself with an en suite bathroom and a view of the pool (beautiful when lit up at night). Parking was safe and secured for my car. It was peaceful and relaxing.
I am not sure if this is a regular thing or might have just crawled into the room (I did not kill it) - there was a tiny cockroach inside my room and then the toilet - not sure what can be done to resolve this as this was my second stay in the same room and it is the second time I am finding one (perhaps it is the same one from last time because I did not unalive that one either (not sure) but just thought I would bring this to your attention.
Oh, and that little space between the cupboard and shower close to the floor - not a fan (maybe closing it up would give someone type of peace of mind). I just think you guys should exterminate the outside poolside room or something :)

The rooms were spacious. Bathroom with a big tub was definitely a winner as well as the clean fully equipped kitchen.
There was a disturbance early hours of the Saturday morning. What concerned me was the fact that there is no security and poor female receptionist had to deal with a drunk guest

Comfortable bed, clean rooms and well-equipped kitchen. The staff was amazing. Helpful and friendly. Felt like home away from home💕
Sometimes the wifi wasn't strong enough.

Good staff.
Sharing of the kitchen since there was no fridge, kettle, etc.
