O apartamento é lindo e charmoso, muito bem decorado, com vista para o rio. A localização dele é boa em relação ao bairro em si, tem restaurantes e mercados por perto. É uma ótima localização para quem quer ter uma vida mais tranquila, longe do barulho e de tantos turistas. O apartamento é muito bem equipado, tem praticamente tudo que você precisa para passar sua estadia.
Saiba que o apartamento fica a uns 20min caminhando até a estação de metro mais próxima e ele está a uns 4-6km dos principais pontos turísticos de Roma. Não oferecem shampoo e sabonete de banho. Percebemos que falta uma manutenção e limpeza mais profunda no apartamento: o chuveiro não funciona direito, apenas a ducha pequena. Quase todos os furos de saída de água do chuveiro estão entupidos e saem poucas gotas de água. Também tivemos muita dificultade em ajustar a água quente do chuveiro (da ducha pequena sai água quente). Também, o ralo do banheiro estava entupido e alagamos o banheiro no primeiro dia. Depois, limpamos o ralo e funcionou bem. Os ares condicionados do apartamento também estavam com os filtros extremamente sujos, a ponto de 4 ares condicionados ligados por 24h não conseguirem gelar um apartamento. Após limparmos o filtro do ar do quarto, conseguimos dormir.

Very stylish, very spacious, and very comfortable apartment directly at the river. Feels a bit like living in a magazine.
Although situated in the busy district of Testaccio, it is quite private with a view on the river and lots of trees. Walking distance to restaurants, supermarket, the local food hall, and to either the colosseum in one and Trastevere in the other direction.
The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, shower and bathtub and a marvelous living room.
Testaccio is a worker's quarter with high population density. Therefore it has quite an amount of loud traffic early in the morning and in the evening.
