It was just perfect very quiet and very relaxing
Mark and Geraldine could not be more hopefully and friendly. We received a wonderful welcome pack and freshly baked rolls and croissants with jam and honey in the morning
We stayed in the Perch which was beautiful. Very clean and everything we needed. The views from the decking and windows were outstanding of the lake, South Downs and the beautiful birds. The fishing and dog walks were brillaint. The properties and land are very looking after clean and tidy. We are definitely going to be returning.

Secluded really felt like we was on our own with nature quiet in a beautiful space right on the lake amazing! Warm rolls and croissants lovley touch ! Really clean .Mark lovley gentle man thank you will definitely re book ! Everything you could possibly need thank you .
