Really liked the location, very close to lots of key places in the city. Loved the pod and private and comfortable it was. Really appreciated the inclusion of a locker and key. Great value for money!
The only criticism I can give is make the no shoe sign a bit more obvious. A few people, myself included, didn't realise at first.

The location was great, everything was within a walking distance. Place was clean and everything went perfect!
Shower light was a bit broken and would turn off random times

Loved the capsule. Was comfortable and felt futuristic fun and secure. Location not too far out of the City, I could walk to a lot of the places I wanted to see. WiFi worked. Potential to leave luggage if arrived early/ left late was very good.
Could have done with a drinks machine/ vending machine. There being absolutely nothing there apart from a kettle felt weird. Luckily I had some water with me.
The only sinks were between the men's loo and the men's shower, an odd place to clean your teeth, and nowhere else for women to wash their hands. Maybe fit one hand basin nearer the womens loo?
It wasn't a problem for me as it was not full but 2 showers and 2 toilets may not be enough if the place was full, especially as each capsule potentially housed 2 people.
And maybe a bigger towel??

Everything was clean and check in was super easy
The pillows were extremely cheap and uncomfortable which resulted in me being unable to sleep which was unfortunate as everything else was ok.
