they give me a heads up the night before we checked in. and i was surprised after we arrived there earlier than our usual time, they're buggy was already there waiting for us 😍😊
upon arriving to the hotel we had our welcome drink which is so nice..
our room is so awesome, clean and smells good.. really comfy to stay..
they're food is superb 👌👌👌 very tasty and worth for the money
all of the staff we're so friendly, polite, accommodating and always wearing a smile 👍👍👍 we will return here for sure.. keep it up guys 💯💯💯🙌🙌🙌

Staff were helpful and friendly
1. Had to pay more money after 5 days of my stay there. I settled the final payment during my checkout. Asked the receptionist at the time if I had any final payment to do and they gave me a slip and said this is the extra amount I had to pay. And I was happy to settled the payment. And then just after 5 days I got a call from the Hotle saying I had more bills to pay. Which was very disappointing. I am happy to pay for any service I took but after 5 days getting a call and telling I had bill which was not so professional. Anyway I did that payment as well. I hope that is the last payment and I won't get another call from the hotel regarding any pending payments.
2. Room amenities were poor. They had given a Kettle and mugs but no coffee or tea for the guests to use.
3. The TV in the Room was useless.
4. Minibar bar had nothing in it and does not cool.
