The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and happy people! Very clean hotel.
Beds and pillows could be more comfortable.

Love the location - with shops and restaurants all around. Breakfast was a good option at the hotel. Very friendly staff.
Definitely would stay there again!
The first night - the guest in room next to us were arguing and loud.

Clean, nice facilities
Front desk was grumpy and complained when we arrived at almost midnight exhausted I had to go knock on the door while they were apparently rearranging the office, they were not the most welcoming.
When i went to the bar to get coffee I was reminded more than once of how good their coffee was and that it was "free" for me since i was a guest. Sorry, but at $236 for a mid range hotel that i was in for less than 8 hours, that ain't free coffee. So that whole experience just felt insulting and performative.
