Cobros adicionales excesivos.

El lobby de el hotel era hermoso y el personal 10/10 en especial las señoras del aseo, muy amables.

Llege dos horas antes del check-in y me cobraron 30 dólares por entrar antes a mi habitación cuando ya estaba lista, siempre me hospedó en Hilton o en hoteles de esta compañía y nunca me habían cobrado tal suma por entrar antes a mi habitación en especial cuando ya está lista lol además te cobran taxes e impuestos dos veces, se supone que en la tarifa de Booking ya están agregados estos montos y en el hotel te lo cobran denuevo, trate de explicarle esto al personal de el hotel pero insistieron que ese dinero no se había cobrado, primera vez que me pasa esto en un hotel haciendo la reserva por Booking, considerando todos los cobros adicionales más de 50 dólares por día, no volvería si no es por apuros lol a 7 minutos exactamente está el hotel westin y las habitaciones son de mayor categoría, está mejor calificado y con justa razón, ya que nunca me han hecho cobros adicionales de más de 50 dólares por día.

Made my trip comfortable, great experience and easy to move around.

functional, clean, spacious enough and comfortable and easy access to many locations. Very convenient !

you don't have much control over your clienteles but since you asked it was very loud until past 11pm and you could hear thru the door even though I was on the 9th floor

Reasonably priced, just make sure you get the advertised room.

Lobby is the first thing you see and it’s impressive. Gym is surprisingly large and well appointed.

Minor issue with the bathtub (slow drain). We were initially set up in a handicapped room and front desk advised 3rd parties tend to book handicapped rooms for some reason. Person at the front desk was able to move us to the advertised room

The location

The room seem to be old fashioned. Electrical outlet was hanging out the wall. The exhaust fan did not work and we wasn’t able to watch tv unless we paid for channels.

Great location, but the hotel itself should beep

The bathrooms should be updated. The run is dingy and there was hair in. The bathtub.

The bathroom, the shower curtains should be replaced.

The stay got the job done, but for a Hilton in Tyson’s corner I was expecting a lot better

The lobby was amazing, staff was very nice

Room smelled like sulfur when toilet was flushed, room did not look like picture, furniture was all busted up and just not as nice as advertised

Loved the Floor, Loved the View, Loved how quiet it is in the room (no disturbance from outside noises)

Shower Cap was moldy/dirty. Trash were never picked up when we removed the "do not disturb" sign. The food lack taste and presentation for that kind of price.. or maybe it's just i am just not used to the state. Elevator shakes and feels unstable

Not a good one

The hotel was clean, the staff was nice, the room was nice

They had a reality show contest,which brought in shady people, they were yelling profanities, there were children and older adults around. I asked to have my elderly parents by me to help them navigate around or to help them if they needed it -to be there for them and that was not done and when I asked they told me they were booked and could not do that for me. At 2 and 3 in the am there were people yelling outside our room. Not a good stay the only good thing was the hotel was nice.

It was disappointing.

The location was good.

The lighting is terrible in the room. We had to wait for toilet paper. Ice machines on two floors broken. Cost of the room was too expensive for what we got

We had a great stay!!! Staff was friendly! Hotel was beautifully decorated and the rooms were comfortable and clean!

Almost but not quite what I had hoped for.

I liked the greeter text that asked if there was anything I needed. I was then given the appropriate link to room service, as the in room QR code did not work as indicated.

I didn't like being given both a disability accessible room and room connected to another. My room didn't have a sitting area other than the desk.
