The stay was ok not worth 310 for two days no free breakfast or parking waste of money

The staff hospitality was very unpleasant unwelcoming did not feel like they like black people

The staff where very rude they do not like people they don’t smile they don’t say good they don’t speak

Overall, it was a good location for our visit.

The room was great. I especially appreciated the safety rails in the bathroom.

Breakfast bar was very expensive for what we got.

Excellent!

The hotel is located near two large malls one is the Tyson’s Corner Center and the other one is Tyson’s II or Galleria Mall which has stores of high end brands names to average. There are fine dining restaurants and also McDonald’s, CVS Pharmacy,Gas Stations and many other stores near by to accommodate the neighborhood.

I have personally liked everything about the Courtyard by Marriott hotel at Tyson’s McLean.

It was adequate.

The bistro bar

No microwave in the room or at least on a floor in the ice room would have been nice. One little coffee pod and no hot tea options. No water in the frig when I arrived. No pets and my daughter has a beautiful golden doodle and she had to sit outside to pick me up. Made it a little more like an airport greeting and less like home. Bed as a little hard for my liking. Room was hot as the vent was by the windows and the furthest point from the bed. Need fans as an option.

Not much to be truthful.. The staff was not very helpful or friendly, no hellos as you come in, the front staff forgot to give me a car parking sign after I asked where to park. The rooms are old and outdated and for the price, Way too expensive for what you get.I stay at Marriott all the time and this was by far the worst one I’ve stayed at.

Relaxing time

The room is spacious and comfortable.

couldn't adjust the amount watering the shower. When the water temperature was raised, the water volume become stronger.

Concert overnight

Told the desk about an issue with the toilet at 6 PM when we went out for the evening. When we returned after 11 PM we discovered the issue had not been repaired or even looked at.

I would not stay in this hotel again until facilities are better maintained.

Staff was wonderful.

Price for a room was through the roof. However, that was not the issue. The first room I stayed in smelled overhwhelmingly like sweat or a gym. I was moved to a room on the 3rd floor after. That room however had the TV disconnected as well as a Leak from the sink that was dripping and puddling onto the floor. The staff of the hotel was fantastic and welcoming. They helped at a moments notice. However the facility itself is lacking quite a bit of general maintenance. It was not an idea stay but I was able to make it work.

Great for business travel

The beds are comfortable and offer a variety of pillows with varying degrees of firmness, so you are likely to find a pillow to suit your preference. The staff was friendly and efficient. Location was great.

It’s not the most stylish hotel I’ve been to, but that’s not really what you expect from a Courtyard by Marriott. The hotel is exactly what you expect- comfortable, spacious rooms with efficient staff.
