This location was excellent. Being able to walk everywhere was perfect. Bedrooms were cozy and the bathroom was really nice.
Just needs a better quality coffee and some sugar and creamer packets to get us going in the morning.

The location is right in downtown, very near to rainbow street, the church, shops etc. It’s also wonderfully quiet - we had a light sleeper with us and there were no issues. Lots of tours pick up from a stop just two minutes walk away. There is a supermarket just two minutes walk up the hill and an off-license two minutes walk in the other direction :)
The apartment was spacious and warm with a great shower. The blackout blinds and curtains were great at making the room dark at night. Tv/wifi worked well, there were plenty of towels and duvets. Heating was really easy to work. The balcony was lovely to sit out in (weather permitted!). The host was very easy to contact.
The kitchen had a coffee pod machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer and there was a washing machine and tumble dryer. Soap/shampoo were provided.
Very little- we would have loved a chopping board, a few more knives, a couple of trays for the oven, another pan. It is so expensive to eat anywhere and so eating in was a necessary requirement for us. But we made do with what there was and this was only a very minor thing. If we were to return to Reykjavik I would definitely be looking to see if this apartment was available.

The constriction is on the main entrance and the harzare to go in late a night
