The location was great.
Had to search for bedding for sofa bed & make our own bed. I emailed Boban about 3 spots of mold on the bedroom ceiling, lack of protein & coffee in the breakfast, & previously damaged hooks in the hallway. No reply. Bo a did reply to a previous email.

Location, free parking, short walk to sights, well supplied communal kitchen but also small fridge in room, room well setup.
Steep steps to walk down to basement floor, could do with anti-slip on steps. Laundry didnt provide detergent. Was told spare blankets available in laundry but only found a small childs doona. Car parking could be dicey, depends on time of day I think. Inbuilt cooktop was busted, so small portable cooker sitting on top instead. These are small issues because we loved our stay.

Excellent location and very nice apartement! Also, it was really comfortable to be picked up at the airport. Smooth exchange of information.
The amount of condensation inside the windows in the morning -- even when open during the night -- was not so good & made for fungus growing in corners and in the ceiling.

Excellent location with only 10 minutes walk to Hallgrimskirkja, easy check-in and check-out.
It only says at the bottom of the description that the room is with shared bathroom. Unfortunately, we realized it too late. The booking confirmation said our room was on ground floor, but actually it was souterrain with moldy curtains and wet walls. Shared hower was moldy with unpleasant smell. One bed had broken bed base, the other one was a pull-out sofa with dust bunnies under it. Both beds were super uncomfortable to sleep in, my husband got back ache from it. There was no wardrobe to unpack the clothes, just a couple of hooks and a bunch of hangers. We know Iceland is a high-cost country and we are really not picky and don’t need much comfort, but this apartment is no good value for money.
