Beautiful apartment, close to the city center! Beds comfy and kitchen had everything we needed!

Bathroom was a bit old and smelly from the pipes.

Great location! Easy walk to main tourist sites. Also, very comfortable beds.

The toilet was incredibly hard to flush completely.

The property was in a great location and having the parking garage right across the street is a huge bonus. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do within walking distance.

First off- the pictures on the Booking website are obviously from other rental properties and do not adequately portray this individual property. For example, while you show the bedrooms and living area of this particular property that we stayed in, it also showed other properties that I would say are more of the “show” properties. The bathroom was extremely disappointing with tons of mold behind the toilet; the shower looks dingy and overall, it was just not appealing. I thought the bathroom that was shown in the pictures was what we were getting…why are there no pictures of the bathroom in the apartment that we stayed in??- I find it to be deceiving and not at all what we thought we were getting. Furthermore, the Booking right up and email you sent said that there were amazing views from the balconies which our apartment clearly had none! That was another huge disappointment. The bed pillows that we pulled out of the bedroom closet to use on the pull out bed are absolutely disgusting. I would not let my son use it and opted to give him the pillow off of my bed instead. They absolutely need to be replaced. We are not hard people to please but when I am paying for something and going off of a trusted third party website like Booking.com, I fully expect to get what is promised in the write up. If you are listing multiple properties then it should be noted and there should be individual descriptions of each apartment or room. That leaves zero room for any sort of misconception as to what people are getting in a rental. Your communication was great and we appreciate the emails and updates with options to book tours. Obviously, self check-in and check-out is fantastic especially when flights are delayed like ours was. But it honestly was a huge disappointment walking into this apartment and not getting what we thought we were getting. I had to dig deep to not let this set the mood for this much anticipated trip of a lifetime for my family!!!!
