The staff was great. Mr Caruso was just very friendly and very helpful. He made our stay great. Also he found a solution for the dinner in the evening.

Modern, clean and comfortable room. Good size bathroom. Very polite and accommodating staff. Great location, close to many local stores (bakery, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, etc) and next to bus stop with frequent connection to city centre. Excellent value for money overall.
Mini refrigerator in room not cold enough but staff allowed me to use the restaurant's refrigerator.

The safe was broken, the bed side table was broken and the vent tube next to the wall made a terrible vibrating noise while the restaurant was open. The curtains also did not close by design so instead needed to use the shutters, which I did not appreciate personally. I founds the room poorly insulated for sound.
