Great location and a good place to stay if you're planning on hiking the surrounding volcanoes. Very kind and helpful staff.
The walls are very thin, so when the people in the room next to us decided to be very loud until early morning hours, we heard all of it.

It was very well located and the price was correct as well as the friendliness of the staff
First of all, the safety! The shower head is connected to electric wires and when I tried to change the temperatures, I got a small electric shock… Added to this, the cleanliness was less than average; the bed sheets were slightly stained and in the bathroom, they could have make an effort to keep it cleaner (there was even an old bar of soap with hair on it that was in the shower…).
On top of this, the hotel’s door is completely locked so if you need to leave early on the morning, you just can’t! I understand they need to keep it lock for safety but it was really weird that I couldn’t get out at 7am.
And the noise wasn’t great either: the rooms seems to be in a garage and the noise of the motorbike at 5:30am wasn’t really welcome… they were also doing some renovation work with really loud tools from 6am onwards
I am usually really indulgent when it comes to review but I feel that it was too much this time…
