A wonderful experience from beginning to end. Everything was truly excellent: the welcome, the room, the food, and above all, the kindness of the entire family who runs this hotel.
The husband and wife really take great care of their guests, and I especially loved seeing their children come and help out after school. They are absolutely lovely, extremely polite, respectful, kind, and always ready to help. You can really see the wonderful upbringing and strong values within this family.
Throughout my stay, I felt genuinely welcomed and very well looked after. The room was beautiful and very comfortable, with an amazing view directly overlooking Registan Square, which made the stay even more special.
The food was also very good. But what I will remember most is the warm, genuine and family-like hospitality. They are truly wonderful people, and the whole family deserves to be congratulated for the way they welcome and care for their guests.
I would recommend this hotel without hesitation, and I would be very happy to stay here again if I ever return to Samarkand.

We stayed here for three nights during our visit to Samarkand and had an excellent experience.
The location could not have been better, the hotel is right next to Registan Square, which was exactly what we wanted. Being so close meant we could easily visit the Registan at night and again early in the morning, when it was much quieter and there were fewer crowds.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the team preparing and serving breakfast, who always made sure we had a great start to the day.
We also really liked how breakfast was organized. You choose what you would like to have and let them know your preferred breakfast time the day before. It worked very well for us, and everything was freshly prepared and ready at the agreed time.
Our room was just the right size, clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay.
Overall, we could not have asked for a better base for exploring Samarkand. Fantastic location, wonderful staff, and a very comfortable stay. We would happily stay here again!

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. There was no terrace, but we had a partial view on Registan. The family running it were friendly. The breakfast was good, although I would prefer a buffet, also to avoid waste (there is a "base" and then the main course that needs to be chosen in advance, along with the time of breakfast).
The room was just next to a football court, where kids started playing (and shouting) at 6 am (probably since it was hot in August)- it's not the hotel's fault, but didn't help to sleep well.
