Location, room, comfy big bed
Sharing bathroom, although we did not have any problems, just private bathrooms are preferable. However it would not stop us rebooking if we are in the area again.

Sandford Meadow Guest House is an excellent place to stay. A friendly welcome from Ric, and the lead up communication was very clear. The location is very convenient. The room was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The shared bathroom is of a very high standard. I was able to use the kitchen which again is a very pragmatic space. There was a very relaxed atmosphere at all times.
I was able to securely store my bicycle. There is a co-op store in wasy walking distance, and two pubs nearby providing food. Bus stops with routes to Oxford and Abingdon just around the corner.

Nice house, great garden. Lovely room, comfy beds.
There was a TV in the room, but you couldn't plug it into anything.
There were a couple of cups for coffee (one chipped) but no coffee. When I asked the guy for coffee, he got quite uptight with me, as if I shouldn't have asked. Weird.
