Great location - walking distance to Point Lookout walks and local cafes. Cute little pool area.
For the price we paid (only stayed one night $345) were a bit disappointed that there weren’t basics in the room like tea/coffee/milk etc and shampoo/conditioner, which we didn’t realise until late and there are no local shops open. Strange that clothes washing items were provided. We would have taken our own had we known

Location
Very small, I would describe it as a room not a studio. No cooking facilities other than a microwave.

Unit 12B.
Very tidy and clean. Bed very comfortable.
Handy on ground floor.
Very close to beach, cafe’s and walking tracks.
Lots of wildlife just outside.
Unit 12B doesn’t have a balcony or outside chairs so you feel a little restricted to room.

Close to our event. Bed was comfy and room mostly clean.
Shower screen door broken, towel rack broken and upon reading previous reviews during our stays, appears they’ve both been broken for years?
Upstairs neighbours ridiculously noisy until 2am. Sounded like they were rearranging their entire apartment.
Aircon smelt super musty, felt yuck to even use.
I also messaged twice about possibility of early check in and received no response, even though room was ready.
