Property was right across from the beach front - apartment perfectly set out and well equipped- had an early Christmas supper there with the fam and it was amazing - thank you. Kids beds could do with an upgrade - when adults sleep on them their feet hang over the edge!!!

Saltwater 5 is at a great location for exploring Point Lookout and the surrounds. It is very spacious for 5 people. The seating on the top level (2 lounge areas, 2 dining areas and kitchen) was very comfortable especially the lounge for watching the big screen TV. The kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms were decent size as was the garage.
We didnt think the dishwasher worked very well. We found dishes and cutlery put away in cupboards that were not thoroughly cleaned. I do think that only providing a limited amount of dishwasher powder and liquid for handwashing dishes would have contributed to this. My adult son slept in the double bed in the third bedroom and he said it wasn't comfortable but the beds in the master and 2nd bedroom were good. The views to the ocean are currently partially obstructed with trees. Anyone with mobility issues could find the stairs difficult but we had no issue with them.

Position was amazing
Lots of cobwebs. Carpet was all pulled. Kick didn’t work on upstairs toilet

location was good
the cleaning was definitely not good.
dirty underwear under the bed ,not ours.
the bunk beds weren't made,we had to do that our
selves.black hairs in the bed (we all have blond hair)
the oven is broken (switches) and very dirty.
we had to clean the barbeque,before we could use it.
2 of the outside chairs are really damaged ,broken seats.
