Everything was wonderful.
First of all, the communication with the host was excellent. They were very kind and even allowed us to check in 3 hours earlier, which we really appreciated.
The hotel also offers private parking, which was very convenient. The beach is only about 1–2 minutes away from the hotel, and they even provide sunbeds that you can take to the beach and return later.
The rooms were spotless and very well-equipped, with clean towels, a hairdryer, and a large terrace with a drying rack. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed.
Overall, everything was excellent, and we had a great experience. Highly recommended!

Place is awesome for kids, because it is near the beach. The pool is the good contition. And the rooms were clean and everyhting in rooms worked. Amazing people who are leading facility. Parking place for car always available.

The location is good and the staff is friendly and polite.
Unfortunately, the negative aspects far outweigh the positive ones. This place should hardly be called a hotel, as it is far from what you would expect from one. We had four rooms booked, and every single room smelled of dampness. The hygiene was at an unsatisfactory level. There were ants in some of the kitchens and mold in some of the bathrooms.
We bought cleaning products ourselves and cleaned the mold from the shower cabin because we felt uncomfortable bathing our children there.
Another reason why this place hardly deserves to be called a hotel is that during our six-night, seven-day stay, our rooms were not cleaned even once. The towels were changed only once, which is acceptable, but the rooms themselves were never cleaned.
This is the worst accommodation we have ever stayed in — and the first, whether a hotel or a private apartment, where the room was not cleaned even once during our entire stay.
It might be acceptable if you were looking for very low-budget accommodation, but considering the price, what you get simply isn't worth it.
