Nice and spacious although it was only my wife, me and the dog, hot tub was really nice and clean and would probs fit 4 adults easily, only 2 miles from polkington which had a Sainburys and Aldi, the pub and restaurant on site was really nice with a large beer garden, we only ate there once but the food we had was excellent, all the staff were very nice
Nothing really, apart from 1 of the doors of the under sink cupboard didn’t close fully but no big dramas about that.

Good site very clean and modern
Booking.com advertised the security deposit as a cash payment which would be refunded on checkout, however this wasn't the case and had to do it online, 5 days after we checked out still no refund so contacted the site for them to say 'ah yes sorry I can see it hasn't been released yet' think it's not ideal with the cost of living today that I'm still without £200 over 5 days after iv actually checked out and left the site.

Lovely park, friendly staff and clean lodge.
The mattress was uncomfortable and really needs replacing.

Property still new so in nice condition, nicely decorated & nice hot tub
Party at chalet next door until 11.30pm. tried calling the ‘emergency number’ but no one available, only between 5pm and 8pm??-would have expected to have a 24hr helpline , we did get a response the next day via text informing us that the chalet had checked out. Had to wash glasses, plates etc before they could be used, no tea towel supplied. Stains on sheets & no mattress protector. For the price we paid I wouldn’t have had to strip the bed, put towels in the bath & put the rubbish out before we left.
