Beautiful area, and the onsite restaurant is amazing
Nothing - everything was amazing

As we didn't arrive till late, it was lovely walking into a nice warm lodge, which was also clean and tidy.
It lacked every day equipment for example – an oven glove, tea towel and dish cloth.
Due to the fact that we had to pay out £200 deposit, we took photographs of any damage and marks that were already there as proof that we hadn't done it.

The Lodge was spacious with ample room for 6 adults and a dog. It was a lovely place to spend Christmas and the hot tub was a great addition. It was nice there was a Christmas tree up for our Christmas visit.
The lodge itself could do with some TLC. The radiators were rusty, there were stains on the sofa, carpet and dining room chairs. Chips within the wood work on doors etc. Also found various bits of rubbish from other guests around the lodge including a scrunched up crisp packet under the sofa and various items under the bed. All the bedding was on inside out and also had some staining. The kitchen wasn't very well equipped especially to make a Christmas dinner.
