Great communication from Jacqueline the day before our arrival and on the morning. We made contact as we left the airport and we were met at the property and let in. All very straightforward and easy. The property was perfect for our three generations of family. It is exactly as it is shown on the website. The pool is just an amazing asset, very well kept and not heated. There is plenty of outdoor seating and lots of movable umbrellas for shade. Two things to note, the garden and pool are alongside a very busy road and you can't hear yourself speak at times but you get used to it and you definitely need a car. Parking is tight but possible and only room for one car - worth noting if you are a group of eight - but there is a bus stop and taxi rank close by. BOLT taxis are cheap and very prompt. There are lots of very good restaurants within walking distance - namely Tribu & Jompra - incredible food and service. You won't regret booking this wonderful villa - enjoy if you do - we certainly did!
We had two challenges after arrival - an old alarm in the main sitting room the ticked constantly and the AC in the main bedroom was not working. After contacting Jacqueline and various Rental Valley contacts, both were promptly fixed within 24 hours. There was great communication throughout the whole process. First class support - well done Rental Valley.

Location is very good, close to several nice beaches. The pool is big and nice. The rooms are comfortable and well decorated. The property was clean
The house is located by one of the main roads in Gale, so there is noise from passing vehicles during the whole day. The garden, and particularly the grass, needs some care.

Great location and beautiful house, lots of space and natural light, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Clean and well maintained. Very nice external area with a pool and barbecue.
We noticed water leaking when using the shower in the second floor bathroom so we avoided using this shower. Not an issue for us because the 2 other bathrooms were enough for the number of people there. But it is something to point out. Also, the living room sofa caused allergies in everybody when using it, so a deep cleaning should help. Overall really good place, just two small nuisances that didn't harm our enjoyment.
