Excellent location. We actually stayed in the Mill House and it was exceptional. It had a private garden, a great bbq and a hot tub... rooms were spacious and sparkly-clean 👌🏻
The lack of adequate sound proofing was a bit of a bore. Normally it wouldn't be a major issue but as all but one of the bedrooms are downstairs, under the kitchen, diner & living area, it meant early risers had to be very quiet.

Superb home, finished to a very high standard. It was a perfect base for exploring Cornwall. The facilities and added touches were nice, including the surround home music system that played across the house. its a shame it was a heatwave and we didn't need to use the wood burner. Instructions were clear on arrival and departure and being in a quiet area was great for relaxing and taking a break.
