Liked the space and privacy
That the guy who checked me in went through my phone looking for a confirmation number at the front door in the cold after i showed him my confirmation code on the email and there was no hot water to shower

The location of the property is ideal and very secured walking distance to all amenities.
The fact that you can't excess the balcony of your room and no air conditioning or at least a fan cos the rooms are very hot and no TV for the amount they charge inside the rooms not good.However I will make use of them again if they can bring those changes to the rooms also they must put a double bed for couples not single beds.I would like to book again a balcony room that faces the street viewing with big open windows for fresh air.

Friendly staff and no limits
That they set out one towel for a booking stating 2 guests and one plate, cup and glass, no extra blankets or heater option. No kettle or fridge in rooms

Closely located to most of the city's night life
Parking is the only real issue I have, if perhaps the Woolworths parking bay across the road can allocate a few parking spaces it would definitely raise appeal.
