Very well appointed apartment with extremely comfortable bed including great pillows. Very helpful and patient person at reception.

Loved the thought that had gone into the design.
The front-desk staff, one lady in particular, was super-helpful during our difficult flight cancelation and last-minute overnight accommodation needs, from sorting out rooms at both 3 Pines and its partner hotel across the road, to arranging our transportation back to the airport. An absolute angel!

Very well laid out two bedroom apartment for a family of 4. Nicely decorated and has everything you could need. Cute little pool on the ground floor that gets the afternoon sun. Kids were happy.
Nothing negative stood out.

Staff was super friendly.
Pillows were good.
Noise from traffic and front gate waking me up every time during the night.
One of the pools had yellow/green unclear swimming water, pretty disgusting to us.
